Initial Comments:
A follow up survey completed June 17, 2021, found that Sharon Regional Health System Home Health had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced onsite state relicensure and medicare recertification survey completed April 16, 2021.

Chapter 601, Home Health Care Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced onsite state relicensure and medicare recertification survey completed April 16, 2021.
